NANAIMO COMPANY TO MAKE ITS FINAL PITCH

Input Logic, one of Nanaimo's growing number of high-tech companies, is among the top 10 finalists out of more than 200 nominations in the B.C. Innovation Council's 2014 New Ventures Competition.
Company spokesman Shawn Adrian said that after six months of preparation, attending networking events and pitching to the various panels of judges in the competition, Input Logic will make its final pitch along with the other nine finalists in Vancouver on Friday.
Adrian said the top prize in the competition, intended to gives early-stage tech entrepreneurs education, mentorship, and exposure to help build a successful venture, is $100,000, while second prize is $60,000 and the third place winner takes home $40,000.
